Job Description/ Responsibilities |
- Goods receipt and parts inspection;
- Improve quality together with purchasing department
(create quality -notifications/rejection reports in case of variations);
- Warehouse management, picking and parts preparation, internal logistic and component provision;
- Subtasks: handle all procedures in SAP;
- Location: Taicang

Qualifications and Requirements |
- At least Technical college, university graduates need practical mechanical experience;
- Major of techanical engineering or quality control preferred;
- At least 2-3 years in assembly or production;
- Knowledge and skills of SAP, warehouse management, Quality inspection;
- English preferred;
- Cooperation with assembly, purchasing, suppliers;
- Outgoing, precise, reliable, self dependent.

Job Description/ Responsibilities |
- Order processing trading machines;
- Material management spare parts;
- Customs clearance;
- Sales order follow up;
- Subtasks: Order entry and create order in SAP, process order including delivery, clearing specifications, order machines incl. features at TRUMPF subsidiaries, import machines, create necessary documents, check stock of spare parts, order spare parts, import spare parts, responsibility for inventory.
- Cooperation with salesmen/department, aftersales, purchasing, warehouse (stock keeper), customs, other subsidiaries, accounting, service;
- Location: Taicang, employee should live or move to Taicang;

Qualifications and Requirements |
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Major in logistics or business English or economics or international trading;
- 2- 3 years working experience (for master graduates 0 years) in fields like logistics, sales, production planning, purchasing, order processing, customs clearance, SAP or other MRP programs;
- Outgoing, precise, reliable, self dependent;
- Proficiency at least in written English.
